Simple and luxurious, Swedish technique is a system of long strokes, kneading and
friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscle, combined with
active and passive movements of the joints.
Deep Tissue $165/session (1.5 hr minimum)
Ideal for those whose day has been physically or mentally stressful. A combination
of deep tissue techniques and effleurage help relieve the body of muscular strain
and melts tension. Slow strokes and deep finger pressure on contracted areas work
either following or going across the grains of muscles, tendons, and fascia
Advanced Sports & Clinical Massages - $170/session 1.5 hours
A session designed with the marathon/ triathlon athlete in mind. Incorporates passive/active
stretching by the use of weights, localized thermotherapy and deep tissue massage
is sure to restore your range of motion and prepare you for any given activity.

Perfect Heat Massage $175/80 min
Soft, gliding strokes…a truly luxurious treatment that blends aromatherapy
from essential oils and heat from heated lava shells, delivering uninterrupted 90
